Arcade FAQ

How much does it cost to play?
Arcade games at SkyTag are between $1 and $2 per game, tax included. Load your arcade card at the front desk, then swipe to play any machine on the floor.
Do I need a wristband to access the arcade?
No wristband required! The arcade lounge is accessible to all visitors, including parents and spectators who aren't jumping. You only need a wristband for trampoline and laser tag activities.
When are the new arcade machines arriving?
We're adding 15 new arcade machines in July 2026, expanding our total to 27 games on the floor. New machines include boxing, Just Dance, Skee-Ball, Candy Crane, Whack-A-Mole, Hammer Strength, Snow Day, arm wrestling, and more.
Will there be a redemption centre?
Yes! A full redemption centre is on the way, launching in January 2027. You'll be able to earn points on select machines and redeem them for prizes at our prize counter. We'll announce all the details closer to launch.
Is the arcade included with birthday party packages?
Arcade play is separate from party packages — games are loaded onto your arcade card and paid individually. However, your guests are welcome to enjoy the arcade at any time during their visit. Many party hosts add a small arcade card credit per child to their party planning for extra fun.
Is the arcade suitable for young children?
Absolutely. The arcade lounge is family-friendly, with games suited to all ages. It also includes a lounge area where parents can relax and keep an eye on younger children while the family plays.

SkyTag Arcade FAQ

How do I play arcade games?
Our arcade games are played using a SkyTag Game Card. Simply load credits onto your card at the front counter, then swipe your card at any participating game.
Where can I get a game card?
Game cards are available for purchase at our front desk. If you already have a SkyTag Game Card and purchase an activity, present your existing card and we will add $2 in FREE arcade credits. This helps reduce waste by encouraging guests to reuse their cards. Beginning January 2027, there will be a $2 charge for all new physical arcade cards.
Can I reload my existing card?
Yes! You can reload your existing SkyTag Game Card anytime at the front desk.
What happens if I have money left on my card?
Arcade credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The good news is that your credits never expire, so you can use them during your next visit.
Do prize points expire?
Prize redemption is not available yet, but it is coming soon. Keep your Game Card so you will be ready when our redemption program launches.
Can multiple people share one card?
Yes. Multiple guests may use the same Game Card. All credits and future prize points will remain on that card.
What if a game does not work?
Please notify a team member immediately. Our system logs every game played, allowing us to verify and correct any issues quickly.
Are there age restrictions?
Most arcade games are suitable for all ages. Some games may have minimum height or age requirements.
Do you offer bonus credits?
Yes. We regularly offer bonus arcade promotions and special events. Ask our team about current promotions.

Arcade Rules

Please treat all arcade equipment with care. Guests who intentionally misuse or damage equipment may be asked to leave without a refund and may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
