If you've reserved a birthday party package, yes! You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake, small snacks, and juice. For your main meal, you can either purchase food from SkyTag or bring your own for a one-time $25 fee.
Please note: for guests without a party package or table reservation, outside food is not permitted.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends and holidays.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Outside alcohol is not permitted unless a special permit is requested and approved in advance. Please note this requires a 4–6 week application process.
Yes, we offer fridge and freezer space. Please note: oven and microwave use is not available.
No problem! Guests can choose to participate in a different activity of their choice, subject to availability at the time of the event.
Our packages include:
Enough seating for all reserved participants plus the allotted number of non-participants
Your chosen activity (Trampoline, Laser Tag, or CyberSport)
Filtered water (cups included)
Utensils, napkins, and plates for cake
If you order food from SkyTag, we also provide plates and utensils for the meal
If you choose to bring your own food (with the $25 fee), you will need to bring your own plates and utensils, as quantities and requirements may vary.
Grip socks are not included because some activities, such as Laser Tag, do not require them. To keep pricing consistent across all party types, socks are sold separately. Additionally, many guests already have their own, which helps reduce waste and is more environmentally friendly.
We offer food for purchase on-site. Bringing in outside food generates additional waste, which increases our disposal costs. The $25 fee helps offset these added operational expenses.
If you exceed the allotted number of non-participants, additional seating may not be available. SkyTag has a limited building capacity, and we prioritize space for paying participants to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
In some cases, we see smaller parties bringing a large number of non-participants, which can impact space, seating, and other guests' experiences. If you have more non-participants than your package includes, a $5 fee per additional guest may apply, subject to availability, to help us accommodate seating where possible.
We limit non-participants to ensure adequate space, safety, and a comfortable environment for all guests. Overcrowding can affect both your party and others in the facility.
A simple way to think about it: it's similar to bringing a large group into a restaurant where only a few are dining — space and service would quickly become difficult to manage.
