3-month memberships are billed once every three months, plus tax, and automatically renew until cancelled.

Bring-a-Friend Conditions
- Maximum one friend per member per visit
- Member and friend must participate the same day
- Discount applies to one regularly priced activity
- Cannot be combined with promotions, specials, coupons, birthday packages, group rates or other discounts
- No cash value, non-transferable
Renewal Information
- Memberships automatically renew until cancelled
- Monthly memberships renew monthly, 3-month memberships renew every 3 months
- Cancel before the renewal payment processes to prevent the next charge
- Membership stays active until the end of the already-paid term
- Promotional pricing requires uninterrupted membership; a lapse from cancellation, non-renewal, a missed or declined payment, or an invalid card loses the promo price
- Rejoining applies the current price at the time of re-enrollment
Reservations are mandatory and must be made using the email address connected to your active membership. Make sure your account is set up first — a private link will be sent with your welcome email.
No. Memberships are only available for purchase in person at SkyTag, since a photo and identification are required at sign-up.
A missed or declined payment or an invalid card ends your uninterrupted membership, which means your promotional price is lost. Rejoining later applies the current price at that time.
Cancel before your next renewal payment is processed. Your membership stays active until the end of the term you already paid for.
No. The Base Membership activity is selected when you join and cannot be changed. Enhanced and VIP members can choose their activity with each reservation.
